It would be nice to have command to re-apply and force rebuild of single project only from command line. #23

Not sure whether the best way would be the

- babs.sh -co binfo/015_03_openmpi
- babs.sh -ap binfo/015_03_openmpi

or should there be new command like

- babs.sh --reset binfo/015_03_openmpi

It would be nice if the command would in addition of re-applying the patches remove that project from the build-dir so that it would be re-build.
