Summary

The README references a component mezzio-config-manager which is dead.

I am unfamiliar with the referenced package and not sure, if it still exists (update or remove link).

Current behavior

Link is dead.

How to reproduce

Click on link "mezzio-config-manager" in README.

Expected behavior

Link is either valid or only exisiting components are referenced.
