On the writers page of the documentation is something written about the "Using the legacy mongo php driver (may be used up to up to php 5.6)". Give the fact that this version is not supported for already a while by Laminas I would recommend to remove this part fully.
Furthermore I am not sure if the part about "Zend Monitor" is still relevant or not. The last information I can find about this module of the Zend server is from 2011. Maybe it still exists but doesn't have a seperate name anymore.
