Issue loading pathway v7.78 #371

@Zethson You added this new version of pathway here: https://github.com/laminlabs/bionty/pull/329. But the ontology file isn't present on s3://bionty-assets. I tried to download it from the source but got the above error.

Could you take a look? If you can load the file correctly, if so, add to s3?
