♻️ Removed curate, updated inspect guide

• Removed curate function
• Updated inspect docs to show the new workflow of mapping and standardizing ids
• Moved fuzzy string matching into inspect notebook
• Removed "reference_id" from init
• Removed "_parsing_id", no longer needed in lamindb
• Renamed "ontology_id" param to "field"
