♻️ New implementation of lookup

• Apparently dict comes with [] accessor already, here lookup object has both dot and [] access
• The pro is we no longer need to convert the strings to be pythonic and the lookup is going to be exact match, also case insensitive
• I'm no longer sure if dot access is needed
• Speed up .df() with ._load_df() and only load the file at init
• Refactored guides
• Set field default to "name" for fuzzy_match
