.lookup() now returns a namedtuple with the keys normalized (lower case, pythonic)
a lookup object can be converted into a dict via .dict(). The dict keys are the original values of the field (un-normalized) and can be autocompleted via bracket accessor.
If multiple records matches the field value, they are returned as a list.
