I think the CI failing here is because you didn't upload any of the new ontology files to s3:

Also could you make 10 PRs for this? Each PR should make a single update with a clear title.

Note that CellLine, NCBItaxon and ExperimentalFactor need manual curation (see guideline), so they also require a paired PR in bionty-assets.

Yaa, I remember the parquet stuff but got distracted when the CI failed an I thought that it's due to the recent changes.
