Manually install OpenBLAS on macOS (PR #62).
Switch to Python 3.12 for being able to install scipy on macOS (PR #66).

Clearly not, since it took me like 50 commits to get there. Ingot it to work by finding an environment for which a wheel for scipy 1.12 already exists (https://pypi.org/project/scipy/1.12.0/#files).
