Please include detailed instructions for Semantic Scholar API #2

Hello. I want to run your code but I am currently unable to.

First, Semantic Scholar requires an affiliation with a university, which I do not have.

Second, Semantic Scholar requires users to specify which API we want to use,

For others having this same issue: use an email with a .edu ending, and use the paper search API.
