Something in this ITH_Profile.xml makes it so that the ITH window doesn't appear. #9

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Put the attached ITH_Profile.xml into the ITH folder.
2. Open ITH.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

ITH window doesn't appear, although you can still see the ITH.exe process in 
the Task Manager.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Using Interactive Text Hooker 3.0 (2012.05.05).

Please provide any additional information below.

I forgot to mention I'm on Windows 7 x64.
