Old submissions incorrectly used at times

My bot dueled itself on the server, and was recorded as only a loss.

The "winner=142369\nloser=142753" in the visualizer's data indicates you 
actually fought another version of your bot.

This is not the first such game I've seen.

Here is another game where the most recent submission wasn't used for one 
player.
lucsian vs felixcoto http://ai-contest.com/visualizer.php?game_id=4873226
lucsian is played by submission 145090.
but in the game http://ai-contest.com/visualizer.php?game_id=4872870 that took 
place about 7 minutes earlier.
lucsian is played by submission 145096.

Yup. Will fix, hopefuly today, as I get the real cloud match picking code in.

This seems to have been caused by resubmissions before the current submission 
had finished compiling. The recent 10 minute delay between successful 
submissions effectively fixed this.
