Use Bootstrap CSS framework: https://getbootstrap.com/

Advantages IMHO:

Does a decent work even without changing the HTML;
Easy to use (if we want to do something specific);
Several themes available;
Commonly used.

This is a proposal, so please confirm if you agree or not.

I have no experience with it, or anything much in terms of front-end frameworks. It seems to be maintained, and has nice-sounding features, so if you think it's a good idea, then please go ahead!
