Won´t compile for Varnish 4.0+ #9

Any chance this VMOD gets ported to Varnish 4.0+?

At the moment compilation fails:

checking for ~src/varnish-4.0.2/include/varnishapi.h... no configure: error: in `~src/libvmod-geoip': configure: error: "~src/varnish-4.0.2" is not a Varnish source directory

I guess the header files have been renamed.

It can be compiled if you do a git checkout 1618725524d20bf6f744fcf992ef97d83e8c5c59. Maybe a tag or a branch from that would be an idea.
