Upgrade to 0.2.x nightly builds #13

The benchmark currently runs against the latest nightly from May from the 0.1.x series. This is blocked by https://github.com/lampepfl/dotty/pull/2690, I prefer not to duplicate the dottyLatestNightlyBuild logic in this project here.
