Profile use of EnvelopedData in Section 5.2.2 #41

Check if we need specific profiling on the use of OPTIONAL field in EnvelopedData. Potentially add a paragraph on it. Check also with CRMF and CMC on this.

@HBrock will look into CMS, CRMF, CMC and other docs to figure out what OriginatorInfo is used for. @johngray-dev will check this his code @DDvO David will check in OpenSSL

I did some investigations and could not find any further profiling regarding use of originatorInfo in EnvelopedData in neither CMC nor CRMF. CMS writes "originatorInfo optionally provides information about the originator. It is present only if required by the key management algorithm." and information about the originator may only required for kari. I think, we do not need to profile the use of this field further.

conclusion 26.02.2024: We agree to say nothing additional regarding OPTIONAL fields
