Is "CMS KEMRecipientInfo Processing Summary" section needed? #2

Section 1.4 "CMS KEMRecipientInfo Processing Summary" was copied from rfc5990bis. Section 2 in cms-kemri is a more complete statement of the process, so is our section needed?

If we keep it, in the AuthenticatedData case the key that is transfered is a MAC key, not a CEK.

Russ: rfc5990bis is in WGLC and nobody has shouted about section 1.4 so hopefully it's okay.
