Based on discussion on-list, I have changed the RSA combinations from RSA-KEM [RFC5990] to RSA-OAEP [RFC3560]. I am not >confident that I have made this change properly, so I would like review of the RSA parts of draft-ietf-lamps-pq-composite-kem-04.
