I added a "SLH-DSA Hash-based Signature Algorithm Overview" section copied from draft-ietf-lamps-cms-sphincs-plus but it is commented out in the markdown.
In my opinion, our draft should contain this section and it should be removed from draft-ietf-lamps-cms-sphincs-plus, which should reference our draft more. But that's something to decide among the authors of both drafts, and so I don't want to make any changes to this text until that is decided, so that the texts don't get out of sync.
