I don#t get it. The plugin allows to set one or more representativ for existing redmine groups? What happens if i assign an issue to this kind of configured group? Assigning groups for issues already is std redmine behaviour, whats the difference . Does ur plugn supress mailing for non representatives? What does the admin can do, what the user?

Why shalle the user add himself to any group, what is that good for?

Sorry, i still don't understand what the representatives users do besides the groups user itself and why any user has an menu option "group" in my account menu. What do i see when i click that?

I think i give up up trying to understand what its used for.
