Compilation fails under Linux alpha due to rmb instruction #56

I unfortunately don't have access to an alpha system but it seems compilation 
fails on this particular system:

According to http://www.alphalinux.org/docs/alphaahb.html it looks like there's 
a "mb" instruction but not "rmb". So I think the fix is to change rmb to mb in 
util/atomicops.h but I don't have experience with alpha to be sure.
