Small adjustments to allow the use of Mac learning for VDS versions that newer than 6.6.0 (e.g. VDS 7.0.0) used in vSphere 7.0 and later.

You need to use [version] type or the comparison isn’t going to treat it correctly. See https://invoke-thebrain.com/2018/12/comparing-version-numbers-powershell/ and please amend your fix

Tested get and set operations against vCenter 7 with VMware PowerCLI 11.3.0 build 13990089 on PS Core 6.0.1
