TEP IP requirements in prerequisities #18

Script configures TEP IP pool in nsx and TEP IP addresses are required. I guess it is one ip address per esx + 1 edge gateway but I am not sure. I provide a 10 ip address block.

@30787 - you do not need any real IP addresses for the TEP IP's in this deployment, just use the ones already in the script. The TEP are for intra-communication between the hosts and edges.
