An exception is raised when the transfer syntax is not supported #31

When the transfer syntax of a file is not supported (e.g. JPEG2000 Lossless), the conversion fails since the data in the PixelData array does not have the expected length. This should be handled earlier by discarding files that cannot be converted properly.
