GSE70138 data retrieval

Hello, when I am trying to download data from the GSE70138 dataset for the initial set-up phase, after unzipping, the data included in the [GSE70138_Broad_LINCS_cell_info_2017-04-28.txt] and [GSE70138_Broad_LINCS_sig_info_2017-03-06.txt] derive from [GSE92742] data. Do you have any idea how we can solve this?

It doesn't matter. GSE70138 and GSE92742 have identical cell_info and sig_info files.
