Session aborts while loading data #8

Hi,

I am trying to run Granatum, but the session aborts when it starts loading the data (very first step "Upload the data") without giving any errors or warning. I tried different browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox) and tried changing the system memory in the settings, but no success so far. What might be the problem? I would appreciate your help!

Thanks, Irina

Irina,

Did you try the testing data provided by Grantum? Did it work?

If it worked, then I think you can compare the formatting between your data and the test data.

Xun, any other suggestions?

Thanks

Lana

Hi Lana,

Thank you for quick reply! I fixed the problem, everything works now. I'll describe what was the problem in case if anyone encounters the same issue :) Initially, I checked the formatting, but when I looked more carefully I noticed that Excel (when I was opening the .csv file with data matrix) automatically changed the names of such genes like "MARC2", "MARCH2", "SEPT10" etc. to dates which created confusion.

Thanks, Irina
