lilikoi can't be installed #5

I used install.packages("lilikoi") but it gives me always this: Warning in install.packages : package ‘lilikoi’ is not available (for R version 4.0.0)

and while using this devtools::install_github("lanagarmire/lilikoi") it gives: installing help indices converting help for package 'lilikoi' finding HTML links ... done data.hmdb html
data.metaboAnalyst html
data.smpdb html
lilikoi.adjust_model html
lilikoi.get_pd_scores html
lilikoi.machine_learning html
lilikoi.metab_to_pathway html
lilikoi.select_pathways html
building package indices testing if installed package can be loaded from temporary location arch - i386 Error: package or namespace load failed for 'lilikoi': .onLoad failed in loadNamespace() for 'rJava', details: call: fun(libname, pkgname) error: No CurrentVersion entry in Software/JavaSoft registry! Try re-installing Java and make sure R and Java have matching architectures. Error: loading failed Execution halted *** arch - x64 ERROR: loading failed for 'i386'

Can anyone help me, please?

Why is this happening? Please get back to me ASAP.

I thought you had uploaded Lilikoi and tested before doing so?

  • removing 'C:/Users/nona/OneDrive/Documents/R/win-library/4.0/lilikoi' Error: Failed to install 'lilikoi' from GitHub: (converted from warning) installation of package ‘C:/Users/nona/AppData/Local/Temp/RtmpiOrLkG/file12742ca11b18/lilikoi_0.1.0.tar.gz’ had non-zero exit status
