Run as on testNG window doens't do anything on Ganymede. #38

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select a test method on testNG window
2. Rgiht click 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should appear something like "run", but I see only "go to declaration".

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
5.8.0.2

Is this plugin even being worked on?  These are some pretty old bug reports, 
and it
seems that from Eclipse 3.3 onward there are some serious issues stopping 
people from
simply using it.
