Fix shallow clone #105

Shallow clone to the right directory.

So monolithic clones to /data/cachedomains, whilst DNS clones to /opt/cache-domains

Should we also switch this around for commonality?

So we should fix this current error and discuss the differences between /data and /opt seperately. Anyone got any issues with me merging this? @Lepidopterist @mintopia @GotenXiao @MathewBurnett someone give me a +1 ;)
