Please add FAQ answer why the quickstart manual on the website makes use of sudo to bring up the services #164

Just realized:
https://lancache.net/ uses sudo https://lancache.net/docs/ does not use sudo

a bit confusing

On top of that it should be mentioned that the container runs as sudo
