Remove permission checks #169

Describe the issue you are having

As mentioned in my other ticket, I don't need lancache to check permissions because the permissions are fine so wondering how I can remove this process. I tried removing 20_perms_check and it still appears to be checking permissions so just looking for some guidance.

I can see that's it's this line causing the trouble. /usr/sbin/nginx -t But I am not sure how to change it's chown command.
