Hot fix CODAL tag to fix issue driving display pins #390

From:

Display pins are currently not working even if the display is disabled.

We need to revert https://github.com/lancaster-university/codal-microbit-v2/commit/03c05e2c881b5db73be04d3cb8b9da1a37144061 to fix this regression in MakeCode Live.

The work to fix the sleep power consumption will then continue in:
