These patches + the upgraded heap allocator provide a much more stable BLE experience

Just stress testing the heap allocator, then will merge these two in.

New heap allocator sounds wonderful. Could this help with the file system issues we face in MakeCode?

@pelikhan Are there heap related issues with the File System? I would love to see any FileSystem issues resolved...
