As the GitHub app doesn't add git to PATH.

Sure, although we should consider adding in a pointer to github desktop and how to get git on your path if folks want to use this in the future.

Lets get this merged in.

Yeah, but adding stuff to path takes several steps that might or might not change in different Windows versions. Might be easier to just indicate to users to install both, since they don't clash.
