crontab.txt references nomads.go #4

Probably outdated since file doesn't exist in dev01 branch?

The reference to nomads.go is commented out from the crontab - nomads.go isn't currently used by the wx system but might be in the future if model forecast scenes are added. A slightly out-of-date version of the nomads model fetcher is at https://github.com/lanceberc/nomads
