Looks like export to RTF just creates another compressed file #278

Exported (to RTF) file is same exact size as .KNT file

I don't know what is the problem. Have you taked a look inside the RTF file? 
Can you
open it correcly?
Perhaps if you export a single note, as the exported file includes optional 
headings,
this extra text can compensate the control characters that KeyNote uses.
Its only casuality..
