PIE - Progressive Internet Explorer #23

Would be great to have on Cached Commons, although its not a CSS or Javascript file.

IE Behavior (.HTC) files have to be served by the same exact domain, otherwise they won't work. PIE does have a .js version that can be used, but it has a big disadvantage in that it doesn't automatically style elements that are added to the page's DOM.
