I actually copied it from another Pi Project, I better check the actual GNU Project site and just put a link to the GPL itself. I will notify the other person too of your finding.
I personally don't care if anyone sells it, just don't want anyone to claim it as his/her own. Hence why I liked the GPL. Credit where credit is deserved.
The README contains this language:
That's against the gplv3. The gplv3 doesn't prevent anyone from selling your software. Further, the gplv3 prohibits you from adding additional requirements like this one.
Please remove this language from the README.
