As of v0.004 the test of minimum perlversion failed for v5.06.0 (see dist.ini). I've not changed in the .pm file, so that needs to change, actually I expect cpants failures.

Todo:

change the SmartRow.pm to have correct version.
investigate it dist::zilla can set that in the file from the value in the dist.ini

And/or find the code that made the test fail and see if we can use older syntax without making it too convoluted.

As of v0.006 the versions should be OK on v5.010. It would be interesting to see what if the module could go back to v5.06.0.
