Support new plugin style #1

This plugin will not work with the new plugin style introduced in sylabs/singularity master.

Now that a release candidate is available, work started. Should be fairly straightforward. See https://github.com/lancium/dmtcp-singularity-plugin/tree/singularity-3.6-support for current progress.

Early version done surprisingly quickly. Should add option for .dmtcp mount to be read only explicitly (requiring new directory for checkpoint).

Aaaand now explicitly "ro". Might need some cleanup at some point. Will merge later.
