Add support for jumping to placholders. #5

This pull-request consists of the following modifications:

Add support for jumping to placholders.
Improve the simplicity and efficiency of converting the response from SourceKitten (Please read commit comments for the detail).

The sources for placeholder jumping are almost the same as ones of mitsuse/autocomplete-swift except that the intergration for neosnippet is not included.
