v.in.ascii should support areas #142

Reported by annakrat on 10 Nov 2014 04:28 UTC It would be nice to add support for areas in v.in.ascii. Currently, you can write boundary and centroid separately, but it would be useful to provide only boundary and the centroid would be created automatically.
