t.rast.univar: Add parallel and region specific computation #177

Reported by huhabla on 18 Oct 2015 16:36 UTC Add parallel computation of univariate statistics in t.rast.univar. Use the nprocs option to set the number of parallel jobs. Add a flag so that the univariate statistics for each raster map is computed based on the raster map specific region. Use temporary regions, specific for each parallel subprocess.
