Scale bar text is mostly hidden when text position left is used #214

Reported by wenzeslaus on 6 May 2016 21:35 UTC ''d.barscale'' hides the text (number and units) when text_possition=left is used. The text is not visible with style=classic and style=line but small part of last letter is visible depending on the fontsize.

d.barscale at=10.0,10.0 text_position=left

This will shift the scale bar left with d.mon cairo and in GUI it will show the text (move scale bar manually afterwards).
