Add ps.map north arrows to d.northarrow

• compass_exterior
• compass_interior
• n_arrow1
• n_arrow1_fancy
• n_arrow2
• NorthArrow1
• north-arrow_1_simple_half_arrow
• NorthArrow3
• NorthArrow5

[source:grass/trunk/lib/symbol/symbol/n_arrows d.northarrow] has these:

• basic_compass
• fancy_compass
• n_arrow1a
• n_arrow1b
• n_arrow2
• n_arrow3
• n_arrow4
• n_arrow5
• n_arrow6
• n_arrow7a
• n_arrow7b
• n_arrow8a
• n_arrow8b
• n_arrow9

Some of them are the same but normal GUI may benefit from what is in ps.map. Format conversion from EPS to GRASS symbol file (manual or automated?) is need.
