wish: allow creation of new features with v.edit by simply using coordinates, instead of GRASS ascii format #63

Reported by mlennert on 19 Mar 2012 16:37 UTC Currently, v.edit with tool=add takes as input features defined in the GRASS ascii format. It would be nice to have the possibility to add new features by just giving the coordinates using the coords= parameter and possibly a corresponding categorie value with catadd=.
