v.extract should support 'group by' sql statement #81

Reported by lucadelu on 23 Jan 2013 11:20 UTC v.extract should have a option to use the SQL statement 'group by'. As for 'where' we could have an option 'group' and the parameters should by a string with all the fields, comma separated, to use in 'group by' statement.

It could be used with 'where' option
