We can now "host" several thousand online lobbies using these changes.

Create New Game button creates a new game for people to join
Join Random button joins a random game -- if they're all full, creates a new one
Join Game by ID button joins the requested game, unless it's full or doesn't exist.
Players can ready up and leave the game. If all players leave, the game is removed from the set of all games.

Note for future task. Set up routing to not be able to access any page until authenticated.
