[x] Host Backend on EC2 Instance on AWS
[x] Host Frontend on Firebase Hosting
[x] Sure both https and connect the (hosted) backend to the (hosted) frontend

Front-end link: https://catan-4dea2.web.app/ Backend : Not running indefinitely so hosted version will not work unless running.

We can test on Thursday but this PR is ready to be merged. (Websocket url commented out for the time being)
