Probe pressure and barometric pressure have trouble #26

This is a result of the fix to allow negative values for probe pressure (Pressure H2O). The barometric pressure was change to allow to be negative instead (the error checking on that should be the same as all others, Instant., Integ., etc.) The "Pressure H2O" value is the one that needs to be negative.

Should be ["H2O], minus the brackets.

Probe Form +/- and decimal for Pressure "H20 Methane should 0 as well
